While all the non-Lauren Conrad fame clocks has long since ticked past 15 minutes, one lone "Laguna Beach" co-star has found a way to keep her timepiece running, Energizer Bunny-style.
Despite the lack of any discernible acting abilities beyond giving Stephen dirty looks and getting wasted in Cabo, Kristin Cavallari has stayed on America's radar throughout the three years since she left "Laguna." Over the weekend she hosted a Cosmo Bikini Bash in Miami, which highlights one of the ways she's been able to maintain a medium profile.
Through a series of timely projects and monkey barring her way from red carpet to red carpet, Kristin's been able to keep her digits wrapped around the fame bar. But while many expected her to fall fast and hard, she's hung in there and booked direct-to-DVD movie after direct-to-DVD movie. And there's no shame in that, many stars live in DTV land after their fame fades -- why not embrace it from the jump like Kristin?
